How quickly do you process and ship your orders?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing time during non-release week times

How can I track my order status?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Do International orders have to pay custom fees?
No! We calculate this into the cost of the shipping.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We mainly use USPS and UPS

Is your ordering system secure?
Yes, our site and checkout is completely secure and backed by Shopify!
Can I change my order once it's placed?
In most instances it cannot be. If the order has not been shipped or packaged yet we can potentially make an exception as customer service is our main priority.
RETURN & EXCHANGE QUESTIONS
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges on damaged or unsalable merchandise. If you order a wrong size, if you pay to ship it back and it is unused and unworn we will accept either.
Where should I send back my items for a refund/exchange?

How long will the return/exchange process take?
We estimate this process takes in total 10-14 business days.
Am I responsible for the return shipping fees?
Yes, if we decide that a return is necessary and there is no defect we ask that you pay the return shipping label.
